Delcam Software that compliments Crispin

CopyCAD
CopyCAD is Delcam’s reverse engineering software. Users can scan in real world models into CAD data by using physical probes and optical scanners. The imported cloud point data can be filtered, converted to triangle and then surface data.
Reverse engineering techniques allow users to quickly and easily convert physical, hand-made prototypes into the CAD models needed for downstream applications, such as machining.
ArtCAM
ArtCAM is a member of Delcam’s Software family which is a very simple and effective tool for creating 3D reliefs straight from 2D artwork.
Accessories such as badges, rivets and eyelets can be developed quickly and efficiently and incorporated into the 3D shoe model to complete the design. ArtCAM also has its own comprehensive machining features, allowing physical models, prototypes and accessories to be manufactured.
ArtCAM reliefs may also be used to create complex features such as tread patterns and logos, which can then be wrapped onto the shoe sole models using Delcam’s innovative Total Modeling tools.PowerMILL
Delcam’s multi-award winning CAM software, PowerMILL, has for many years been used by the world’s largest manufacturers for machining lasts, models and soles with its advanced milling features.
Many of our footwear customers benefit hugely from PowerMILL’s 5 axis capability in particular allowing for just one set-up when making complex Renshape models.
PowerMILL can machine triangle as well as surface data. This means it can operate on CopyCAD triangles directly or on ArtCAM reliefs that have been wrapped onto surfaces.
